If I weren't expecting this email, I'd think it was a 419
Hi Michael,
Thank you for e-mailing the Nokia Care Contact Center.
We would like to inform you that in order for us to process the refund for operator billing, kindly provide us the following information:
- Bank Name:
- Bank Address:
- Bank Account Number:
- IBAN:
- SWIFT Code:
- Bank Control Key:

- Bank ABA Routing Nr.:
This is to inform you that you can have the information above by calling your bank. Please don't send any of these information via email. Our Ovi Store support department will be calling you to get these information. Rest assured that all of the information will be kept confidential.
Wait, but they still expect you to give them that information in an email? Wow. Heh. I don't think I would EVER be willing to give out this sort of information over email.

I can't send them anything. Their system rejects all emails.
If you read to the bottom though, it says that they'll call me. I already checked with my bank and found out I'd need to pay $15 to receive a $10 wire transfer, so needless to say they're not getting that info one way or another. If I play my cards right, though, I may get the phone number or email of a person at Nokia and finally pierce the wall of their impenetrable customer service.
Seriously, emails you can't reply to.
